I need some advice

I guess I just need some advice on how I can relax when I\'m driving. I\'ve only had my Licsense for about 6 months now, and up until 3 months ago, I loved to drive.

One day after work, I got into a slight fender bender, and the man in the car I hit  totally freaked out on me. Long story short, every time I\'ve driven since then, I only take back roads. I hate driving. I had anxiety attacks almost every time.

Its gotten to the point that I revolve my life around it, at night I dread the feeling of fear and panic I know I\'m going to feel the next day when I have to go to work.

I feel like my car is so wide, it wont fit in the lanes, so if there\'s traffic and there is cars parked on the side, or any cars near me, i panic and think I am going to hit them, and get yelled at the way he yelled at me before

I know my car isn\'t wide. Its a \'92 mercury sable. I mean its no monster truck, but its bigger than I would like.

I finally had gotten more comfortable with it, but now my problem is my work relocated to a busy city, so I have to drive in traffic,  meaning, I am constantly anxious I am going to swipe the cars next to me. This causes me to sweat, and cry. I can\'t make lane changes or left turns without freaking out.. it completely impairs my driving.

Please… does anyone have any advice? I\'m only 18, and this is running my life.

Please….
